Builder/Developer Members:

Yearly Membership: $445 + $20/new building permint pulled (billed quarterly)

Builder/Developer members are professional businesses, firms or individuals specializing in the building of new homes, remodeling existing homes, commercial construction or developing land that is zoned for building.

Associate Members:

Yearly Membership: $445

Associate members are professional individuals, businesses or firms engaged in a wide range of services that support the building industry; e.g., subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, title companies, and realtors as well as firms engaged in mortgage banking. Anyone who provides goods or services to the building industry is considered an associate member.

CCHBA welcomes all professional individuals or businesses that framework the daily support of our personal business relationships.

Benefits
